What we offer
NewTown Residences in Vasilies, are located on the outskirts of the island’s capital, Heraklion, offers two separate industrial style accommodations with a sharing swimming pool.
Each accommodation comprises approximately 110m² distributed over two floors, is fully furnished and equipped with high quality and elegant materials and products.
Each accommodation offers a living room with a large sofa with direct access to the pool area. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
The ground floor is configured into a large living room, modern kitchen, and bathroom. In addition, there is a quite room with a sofa-bed (sleeps up to two guests)
The upper floor features a comfortable bedroom, with a twin bed (double bed divided) with direct access to a second modern bathroom and bright office area with stunning views over the pool and garden area.
The loft apartments are suitable for up to 4 guests.
Only adults are welcome in the accommodations.

Since the accommodations are located at the foot of the “sacred Zeus Mountain Giouchtas” you have the opportunity to hike to the summit on which the Church Afentis Christos is enthroned, possibly the griffon vultures that make their nests or various large or small hikes built on the steep cliffs of the mountain and at the end be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view of the entire region.
